1 المعلومات التي نجمعها Information We Collect

نجمع فئات المعلومات التالية عند استخدامك للتطبيق: We collect the following categories of information when you use the app:

• المعلومات الشخصية: Personal Information: الاسم وعنوان البريد الإلكتروني عند إنشاء حساب. Name and email address when creating an account.
• البيانات المالية: Financial Data: المعاملات المالية والنفقات والمداخيل التي تدخلها بنفسك في التطبيق. Financial transactions, expenses, and income that you manually enter in the app.
• البيانات التقنية: Technical Data: نوع الجهاز، نسخة نظام التشغيل، ومعرّف التطبيق — لأغراض التشخيص وتحسين الأداء. Device type, OS version, and app identifier — for diagnostics and performance improvement.
• بيانات الاستخدام: Usage Data: معلومات حول كيفية تفاعلك مع التطبيق لتحسين تجربتك. Information about how you interact with the app to improve your experience.

2 كيف نستخدم المعلومات How We Use Information

نستخدم المعلومات التي نجمعها للأغراض التالية حصراً: We use collected information exclusively for the following purposes:

• تشغيل التطبيق وتقديم الميزات الأساسية لإدارة الميزانية. Operating the app and providing core budget management features.
• تحسين وتخصيص تجربة المستخدم بناءً على أنماط الاستخدام. Improving and personalizing the user experience based on usage patterns.
• تقديم الدعم الفني والرد على استفساراتك. Providing technical support and responding to your inquiries.

3 مشاركة المعلومات Information Sharing

نحن لا نبيع ولا نتاجر ببياناتك الشخصية أبداً. لا نشارك معلوماتك مع أطراف ثالثة إلا في الحالات الضيقة التالية: We never sell or trade your personal data. We only share your information with third parties in the following limited cases:

4 حماية البيانات Data Protection

نتخذ إجراءات أمنية تقنية وإدارية مناسبة لحماية بياناتك من الوصول غير المصرح به والتعديل والإفصاح والحذف. تشمل هذه الإجراءات: We implement appropriate technical and administrative security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, and deletion. مع ذلك، لا يمكن ضمان الأمان المطلق عبر الإنترنت. نوصيك بالحفاظ على سرية بيانات دخولك. However, absolute security on the internet cannot be guaranteed. We recommend you keep your login credentials confidential.

5 الاحتفاظ بالبيانات Data Retention

نحتفظ ببياناتك الشخصية طالما كان حسابك نشطاً أو طالما دعت الحاجة لتقديم الخدمات. عند طلب حذف حسابك أو بياناتك، نقوم بحذفها خلال 30 يوماً، إلا ما تطلبه الالتزامات القانونية. We retain your personal data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon requesting deletion of your account or data, we delete it within 30 days, except where legally required to retain it.

6 حقوق المستخدم User Rights

لك الحق في ممارسة الحقوق التالية فيما يخص بياناتك الشخصية: You have the right to exercise the following rights regarding your personal data:

• حق الوصول: Right of Access: طلب نسخة من بياناتك الشخصية المحفوظة. Request a copy of your stored personal data.

7 خصوصية الأطفال Children's Privacy

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً. لا نجمع عمداً بيانات شخصية من الأطفال. إذا علمنا بأن طفلاً قد قدّم بياناته، سنحذفها فوراً. The app is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child has submitted their data, we will delete it immediately.

8 التعديلات على سياسة الخصوصية Changes to This Policy

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. عند إجراء تغييرات جوهرية، سنخطرك عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو إشعار داخل التطبيق. تاريخ آخر تحديث مذكور أعلى الصفحة. نشجعك على مراجعة هذه الصفحة بشكل دوري. We may update this policy from time to time. When making material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notification. The last updated date is shown at the top. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
